Here is a trailer, and below is the just released movie poster for the film by and about the iconic street/graffiti artist, Banksy. His work is ironic, beautiful, funny, controversial…you name it, but after watching this trailer, I feel like the film takes away from one of the greatest aspects of his art, the mystery. It comes out in New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco on April 16.

Spring is here, and it’s a whole new world. So open up your windows, allow the 75 degree breeze and sunshine to reinvigorate your seasonal depression, and enjoy this, because it doesn’t stay this perfect in Kansas for more than a couple of weeks.

Esau Mwamwaya & Radioclit (The Very Best) – Cape Cod Kwassa Kwassa

I knew she was an up-and-coming beauty when I saw her in Transformers 2 last year, but after watching Part 3 of The Pacific on HBO last night, I am officially claiming that she is top 5 in the world hot. This Aussie from down-under has also had a past relationship with Entourage star Adrian Grenier. On top of the good looks, I’m obsessed because of her diverse selection of outfits off-the-screen.  Her indie / hippie-girl style is characterized by an array of fedoras and cut-off shorts, headbands and floral skirts.  Yes, I’m in love.

I’ve never been a huge fan of Ben Folds.  With this video, he gains quite a few points in my book with a unique take on a “live performance”. These are the shows that are fun to go to because you see such a well known and famous artist as a regular guy, having fun and connecting with his crowd.

Our favorite band to bring us those consistently addictive, funk-electro tunes are trading in their four-on-the-floor beats for classic rock (think Pink Floyd) style guitar riffs with their new song that was made for the upcoming movie, The Squid and the Whale, starring Ben Stiller. Could this influence LCD Soundsystem to take off in a new direction with their sound?  I hope not.  And that’s not to say that I didn’t take pleasure in “Oh You” at first listen– I just enjoyed Sound of Silver too much, and hope they continue down that road for at least another album.
