Christopher Bailey heads in a bit of a different direction with his men’s spring 2012 collection. The fit is still proper Burberry, with the slim pant lines and mod-influenced, oversized tops. But it seems that Bailey has gone a bit tribal, in creating one of the most fun collections I’ve seen from the company in years. The color combinations, patterns and textures are vibrant and diverse. I think GQ describes it well when they say, “East Village 1977 meets East Berlin 1962”. Once again, I want all of it.
